Join us in our mission to support the homeless community in Northside of Jacksonville. We are conducting a comprehensive needs assessment to identify gaps and barriers in homeless assistance programs, including Continuum of Care (CoC), Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG), and Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). By gathering input from stakeholders, analyzing service utilization data, and mapping service gaps, we aim to inform resource allocation and programmatic improvements to better address the needs of homeless individuals and families.
Impact: This project will identify and address gaps in homeless assistance programs, ultimately improving outcomes for homeless individuals and families and advancing efforts to prevent and end homelessness in our community.

Join us in creating vibrant community gardens for families. Our objective is to establish and expand community gardens with a focus on growing fresh produce to be shared and sold at local farmers' markets. Through active participation in garden maintenance and cultivation, families will gain valuable agricultural skills, enjoy fresh produce, and contribute to local food systems and community well-being.
