Homeless Services Gap Analysis and Needs Assessment

Join us in our mission to support the homeless community in Northside of Jacksonville. We are conducting a comprehensive needs assessment to identify gaps and barriers in homeless assistance programs, including Continuum of Care (CoC), Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG), and Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). By gathering input from stakeholders, analyzing service utilization data, and mapping service gaps, we aim to inform resource allocation and programmatic improvements to better address the needs of homeless individuals and families.

Impact: This project will identify and address gaps in homeless assistance programs, ultimately improving outcomes for homeless individuals and families and advancing efforts to prevent and end homelessness in our community.
